As a user I would like to provide inputs
so that I can run a process

Acceptance criteria:
- functions are available in step 2
- buttons "Run a process" and "Back" in the bottom of the form
- possibility to go to previous step
- inputs "Process name" and "Description - optional"
- inputs which are related to selected workflow
- inputs description under inputs field
- advanced expanded option with possibility to add outputs name and runtime limit

User flow:

1. Provide name for your process (and optional the description)

2. Select inputs

3. (optional) provide outputs name and runtime limit

4. Click "Run a process" button
