The functionality should also be consistent to the name change and open up the file in a new tab. Currently it creates a URL like
"https://doc.arvados.org/?filePath=" + collection
This does not work and it should ideally not contain the token of the user in the URL.
Please also change "Download" to enforce a download of the file. Currently the content of the file is shown in the same tab on our environment and not downloaded.
