Description
In rails workbench, the input object and command line is annotated with links to collections and files referenced by the input object. Workbench2 should have a similar feature.
In addition, when setting the inputs to run a workflow, it should record the uuid of input collections in the Arvados extension field "http://arvados.org/cwl#collectionUUID" (for feature parity with #14322)
