Description
User reported file sizes are inconsistent between what it seen in wb1, wb2 and file size seen in windows explorer via WebDAV. This may be due to different bases being used to round off (eg 1000 vs 1024) but we should confirm that and make the behavior as consistent as possible.

I found that wb1, ls -h, and windows use 1024 while wb2 uses 1000. I changed wb2 to 1024 and now filesizes match across wb1/2, windows, and linux.
