Make project description more prominent in WB2

Description

Would be nice if the project description would be visible directly when selecting a project in the left navigation bar. At the moment, it is very tedious to open the info panel plus clicking on `Show full description`. It is also very inconvenient that the description then opens in a separate dialog.
One solution would be to show the description directly in the info panel.
