[Workbench] Pipeline instance "Re-run with latest" button occasionally returns Not found page

Description
This has happened to me maybe 3 or so times in the last 100-200 attempts, hard to reproduce, maybe its just an internet issue?
- Subject changed from Sometimes Hitting Re-run with latest button results in Not found page to [Workbench] Pipeline instance "Re-run with latest" button occasionally returns Not found page
- Category set to Workbench
- Target version set to Bug Triage
Bryan,
Any chance you might be middle-clicking the button? That returns a 404, and would basically make this a duplicate of #5198 (even though the end result's a little different). Thanks.
Sorry, I don't think this is related to the middle button issue. I'm not really sure how to explain it other than it happens once in a while.
Any clues in our workbench access/Rails logs?
