Description

Based on user feedback, users of workbench would like to:

  1. Get a timeline of changes to records (such as a past versions of pipeline template or collection)
  2. View the contents of past versions
  3. Resurrect past versions (either a "revert" button or a "copy to a new record" button)

All of the necessary history should be available in the logs table, so this is primarily a workbench / user interface task.
