Probably this happens on "all processes", the project view and various other places.
The horizontal scrollbar shouldn't be displayed off-screen when listings are too long, at most it should be at the bottom of the browser window (no matter its size).
We might be able to use the @AutoSizer@ component to fit panels to viewport size automatically.
