As a user I would like to move project to another location
so that project changes its location in the hierarchy

Acceptance criteria:
- I can trigger moving operation on a project (context menu in the table or the tree)
- I can select target project in a modal dialog
- Project is moved
- Permission handling
- Confirmation messages

User flow:

1a. Right click on project inside the table and choose "Move to".
1b. (Only for projects) Right click on project inside tree context menu and choose "Move to".
1c. Click on "More options" icon in the table and then choose "Move to".

2. Popup appears where user has possibility to select different location.

3. Snackbar appears in the bottom of the page with the information that "Project has been moved"
