Description
As a user I would like to have properties connected to projects
so that I can use them later during search
Acceptance criteria:
- chips visible inside details panel
- possibility to add and remove them from modal
- user has possibility to add tag made from "Key" and "Value"
- deleting tags is available
- chips are composed of "Key"and "Value" separated by colon
- after adding a tag, snackbar appears

3b. Click on pencil to manage the properties
