As a user I would like to have an access to SSH Keys
so that I can use virtual machine

Acceptance criteria:
- button for adding new SSH Key
- modal for adding new SSK Key
- validation of new key

You have not yet set up an SSH public key for use with Arvados. Learn more (link: https://doc.arvados.org/user/getting_started/ssh-access-unix.html).
When you have an SSH key you would like to use, add it using the Add button
