Description
On my installation of tapestry at TCAG, when a user answers a question in the "Eligibility Questionnaire" section incorrectly, (s)he is sent back to the home page listing steps to complete, with the Eligibility Questionnaire still incomplete (no checkmark or lock icon) and the user can try again, but no flash message showing to indicate there was a problem. It sometimes appears that a flash message (a red-bordered box) appears very briefly (much less than 1 second) before being replaced by the usual steps-to-complete list.
