[Bug][Data operations] Changing the name of newly uploaded files and collection is not working after a while.

Description
After creation of the new collection, a user is allowed to change the name of the files and also the collection name, however, after around a minute it is no longer possible.
In case of the collection the loader is still ongoing and in case of a collection, the system displays information about successful action even if nothing happened.
This issue was observed on ardev environment.
