This needs a good name. (Sasha keeps calling it "Playground")

This is a library of open resources on Arvados that people can use to take and learn from. Stuff that could go here:

• Curii projects such as Lightning
• Educational materials related to Arvados, CWL, biology, computer science, etc
• Open biomedical datasets
• CWL tool wrappers (e.g. bio-cwl-tools)
• Full biological workflows with explanations and tutorials.
• Language models, other machine learning models

The content is important but what we as the engineering team need to do is to work on the technology and process.
