Doing the obvious thing ran into the Nokogiri platform support issue again:
Downloaded nokogiri-1.15.7-x86_64-linux … Could not find gem 'nokogiri (~> 1.15.7)' with platform 'ruby' in cached gems or installed locally or in gems cached in vendor/cache. The source contains the following gems matching 'nokogiri (~> 1.15.7)': * nokogiri-1.15.7-x86_64-linux ERROR: arvados-api-server package prep failed ERROR: build packages on arvados/build:rocky10 failed with exit status 1
