Variant Quality: In Silico score not updating properly

Description

I haven't isolated this well, but on Windows, using Firefox, editting the In Silico score after the initial addition of this score has no effect. I believe Sasha may have seen a similar phenomena, indicating it is not browser/OS-specfic.
