Description

The "Choose a file" dialog should support browsing and picking collections on remote clusters. Possible approach: the root adds "federated clusters" top level which has each remote cluster underneath, which can be opened to browse home project/shared/favorites for each clusters (alternately: merge display of shared/favorites across federation).
