Description

User logs in at:

https://workbench2.lugli.arvadosapi.com

After logging in, the user is redirected to:

https://workbench2.lugli.arvadosapi.com/token

The workbench2 endpoint needs to serve the Javascript application for all paths the user might request (except config.json).

Last try_url in nginx stanza was =404, but needs to be index.html. Fixed on commit 229f66d@saltstack.

Deployed in all clusters.
