Add support for browsing as anonymous user

Description

When the "Users.AnonymousUserToken" is non-empty

Workbench should:
  • Offer a "Browse public projects" button on the login screen
    • When clicked, this sets the current token to "Users.AnonymousUserToken"
  • When the current user is the "anonymous" user, the left side side panel should be simplified to only consist of
    • Public favorites
    • Shared with me

(i.e. the NEW button, home projects, my favorites, all processes, instances types, shell access, groups and trash are all hidden).
