Description

arvbox is also a developer tool so it has some references to Composer, but we actually stopped supporting it due to lack of resources, so that should just be removed

arvbox runs jobs using docker-in-docker but on newer Linux distributions that stopped working due to some cgroups2 issue, so it should probably default to using singularity
