Can provide input JSON/YAML when launching a Workflow as an alternative to the input form

Description
Sometimes, when launching a workflow, it is more convenient to be able to specify the inputs directly in JSON/YAML (e.g. when copying and pasting from somewhere else) than to go through the input form controls .
