Logged in to webshell as "peteramstutz" on pirca but my credentials in ~/.config/arvados/settings.conf are not valid.

Pirca is in a login federation with jutro; the token for the login-sync job was configured incorrectly. I changed it to the SystemRootToken for jutro, and now the sync script works.
