Passwords should be rotated when employees with access to operational systems leave the company. We haven't done that recently so we need to do that.

Unfortunately it is a bunch of different accounts and I don't know if there is a good way to automate it, so it probably has to be done manually.

Some entries are for systems we don't have any more. I'm not entirely sure what the best practice is, but I suspect we should just delete those entries, but we should discuss it.
