Compute node build script uses outdated CUDA repositories

Description

In tools/compute-images/scripts/base.sh we set up per-distro CUDA repositories. That does not match the current documentation instead there are generic deb and rpm repositories we should use instead. This switch is necessary to support CUDA on newer distros like Debian 12.
