Context menu doesn't open on directories with open files in the collection files viewer

Description
Steps to reproduce:
- View the collection files viewer with a folder that has nested contents
- Click the folder so that the contents open in the panel to the right
- right-click the parent folder on the left
Expected: Context menu opens containing the proper menu actions
Actual: nothing happens
