API Tokens Data Explorer doesn't align with the rest of Workbench

Description
The API Tokens/API Client Authorizations Data Explorer has not been updated in line with all of the rest of the Data Explorers.

These should be updated:- Add multiselect toolbar support
- remove "Actions" column
- Remove the ability to sort by UUID
- Add some human-readable column (possibly "Owner" because owner_uuid is already returned by the API)
- replace "(none)" in columns with "-"
- fix pagination display (currently reads "0-NaN of 0:)
- fix error toast when sorting
