Go FUSE driver crunchstat should report client-side traffic (need to add to keepclient metrics)

Description

Currently keepclient reports backend bytes in/out, and client blocks in/out, but not client bytes in/out.

This would be useful because (backend bytes in/out) ÷ (client bytes in/out) >> 1 is a good indicator of cache thrashing/inefficiency.
