As I've learned more about our deployments I'm seeing ways we can make our Ansible documentation/examples closer to that without any real additional complexity.

Individual commits have rationale for different changes. Since this is 99% documentation updates in a non-core component most of the checklist doesn't apply. Is based on main as I write this.
