This is a necessary, immediate-term improvement. There is an additional question that PGPC needs for their consent form. Ideally this will manifest in the database as something dynamic, unlike the responses to other consent form questions which are stored in dedicated fields in a dedicated table. The long-term plan is to make all of the steps and elements of the enrollment process behave in a more dynamic fashion. Bearing this in mind, it would make sense for this immediate-term solution to be a first step in that direction.
