It only has to do this on the dispatch node, not the individual compute nodes, if that helps.

- Status changed from New to Resolved
- Remaining (hours) set to 0.0
crunch-dispatch should fetch-pack the SDK into its internal repository, same as it does for the Crunch script. This helps with reproducibility, and means crunch-job doesn't need any new permissions or logic.
