'whget' still used in Tapestry. datasets.data_size is null.

Description
In the function in dataset.rb, set_data_size, there is a call to whget to get the size of the dataset. whget is no longer present on the Tapestry production machine and this call is not getting the size of the data set properly. The result is the data_size field in the datasets table is NULL.
