Setup a Tapestry instance (maybe a running docker image) that has a small keep server running with some synthetic or small real data.
The keep server should itself be running an Arvados API server that will authenticate just from that keep server so the Tapestry server can use it. The Tapestry server should have a mount to the small keep server along with access tokens to be able to upload.
