Description

In http://doc.arvados.org/user/tutorials/tutorial-keep-mount.html, the note says:

This tutorial assumes that you are logged into an Arvados VM instance (instructions for Webshell or Unix or Windows) or you have installed the Arvados Command line SDK and Python SDK on your workstation and have a working environment.

Peter confirmed that you don't have to log into an Arvados VM in order to mount keep. We should change this note to reflect that.

By my reading, this case is covered by the text "or you have installed the Arvados Command line SDK and Python SDK on your workstation and have a working environment."

I'm guessing that's not clear enough to non-developers. Is there specific language you'd suggest instead?
