Description
It's common to get a quota limit from the platform like the following:
BaseHTTPError: [OperationNotAllowed] Operation results in exceeding quota limits of Core. Maximum allowed: 100, Current in use: 99, Additional requested: 4.
It will be helpful if a queued job could have this information next to it in workbench
