Find the size of the data in a collection

Description

Though it's possible to look at a collection in workbench and find the size of the files it contains, it would be nice to be able to find it by querying the api server, using an arv command, and/or using a function in the arvados python sdk.

If such a function already exists, documenting it would be helpful.
