Description

To run the developer-test-job, we now need to provide a git commit hash (earlier we provided a branch name).

It seems like this is failing (sometimes?) with the following error ( https://ci.curoverse.com/job/developer-test-job/135/console )

ERROR: Couldn't find any revision to build. Verify the repository and branch configuration for this job.

Since I've seen this failure several times, I actually waited about 10 mins and made sure I am able to access the commit using https://dev.arvados.org/projects/arvados/repository/revisions/... before running the job and it still failed.

I am no longer certain when it would pass and when it would fail, and hence I am no longer comfortable using this.
