Acceptance:
* At least one pipeline instance is shared with "all users".
* The pipeline instance (and the template it uses) have meaningful names (suitable for demo/new user).
* New user has enough permission to inspect all of the related jobs, collections, and code.
* Dashboard presents this in a way that makes sense to a new user. ("Sample result" or whatever.)
