The .service file is missing in the package (version 0.1.20161011173012.9f35a3c-1 )

we found an error on the service/package name convention

run-build-packages.sh:package_go_binary services/arv-git-httpd arvados-git-httpd \

while the file is called diffrent.

ls ../services/arv-git-httpd/
arv-git-httpd.service

I'm creating a new branch with the renamed file to see if the packaging works.
