On the API docs (http://doc.arvados.org/api/), highlight the distinction between "Job engine" and "Container engine" resources

Description

"Arvados Job Engine" is what we internally call crunch1.

"Arvados Container Engine" is what we internally call crunch2.

We should not use terms like "crunch2" or "crunch v2" in user-facing docs. That would be confusing: for example, both APIs are at https://host/arvados/v1/....
