Sometimes `arvbox destroy -f` cannot delete arvbox data:
$ ./arvbox destroy -f arvbox arvbox + rm -rf /home/jrandall/.arvbox/arvbox rm: cannot remove ‘/home/jrandall/.arvbox/arvbox/gems/ruby/2.1.0’: Permission denied $ ls -ld /home/jrandall/.arvbox/arvbox/gems/ruby drwxr-xr-x 3 root root 4096 Nov 18 17:34 /home/jrandall/.arvbox/arvbox/gems/ruby
