/usr/bin/arv-put 0.1.20170309224426

The progress indicator for my upload currently looks like:

$ time arv-put --project-uuid e51c5-j7d0g-7o38ozglazvp2e6 --threads 6 55001604177189 55001604177189
2017-03-18 05:07:01 arvados.arv_put30945 INFO: Calculating upload size, this could take some time...
35177M / 70401M 50.0%

yet the collection only has 35 GB in it

$ du -m -s *77189
35202 55001604177189

a couple of minutes later the amount transferred was listed as being less:

33690M / 70401M 47.9%
