[Crunch2][Workbench] Improve formatting of /workflow page

Description
Remove non-functional checkbox
Add Run button
Remove definition
Make sure that paging or infinite scrolling work (but if one does, no work required)
Possible future enhancement: # of steps and names of first few steps

Just noticed that we haven't yet configured a font icon for workflows and container_requests and using the default fa-cube for these objects. It would be nice if we configure something more appropriate for these types.
Any suggestions on what we might want to use?
For jobs, pipeline_instances and pipeline_instances we are using fa-gears

Using the same icons as the crunch1 equivalents sounds like the right call to me.

- Added /workflows page with Run and Show options
- Manually verified (by setting limit to 5) that paging works
- Status changed from New to In Progress
- Status changed from In Progress to Resolved
- % Done changed from 0 to 100
