Description
The current version of the arvados-sso-server package in the xenial-dev repo does not build:
"dpkg: error processing archive /var/cache/apt/archives/arvados-sso-server_.20180521175543-8_amd64.deb (--unpack):",
" parsing file '/var/lib/dpkg/tmp.ci/control' near line 2 package 'arvados-sso-server':",
" error in 'Version' field string '.20180521175543-8': version number does not start with digit",
Suggest simply removing: http://apt.arvados.org/pool/xenial-dev/main/a/arvados-sso-server/arvados-sso-server_.20180521175543-8_amd64.deb
As the previous version `arvados-sso-server=0.1.20171122141118.ba584a7-8` appears to still work without issue (we've now pinned to that so we can install).

Hi Josh, we have built a new version correctly with the version number 1.1.4-1 and it has been already uploaded to xenial-dev
