$ arv-copy --src e51c5 --dst e51c5 --project-uuid=e51c5-j7d0g-juq4oe6mqtwffge e51c5-4zz18-mfdqfuojlmcwjyv

I think I should get another copy here with a different uuid.

Yea that's intentional, driven by the original use case of copying pipelines, and not wanting to clutter up the target project with redundant collections.

Other behaviors are more reasonable for other uses.
