Description
Descriptions on processes, projects & collections have different handling behaviors, they should be consistent.
On projects, they're almost inaccessible, the way to see it is by going to the details panel and clicking on a link to get a modal window.
Also they don't support textile formatting. Only the "edit project" dialog has a formatting editor, but it seems that it uses HTML.
