- the discussion of "InstanceSetID" is a little bit confusing. clarify that the tag key is "InstanceSetID" and the tag value is some id (from the config file?) that allows the dispatcher to identify which nodes belong to it.
- in the "Management API" section of architecture/dispatchcloud.html it still links the wiki instead of api/dispatch.html
