Description
Sometimes, when deploying Arvados, a RDBMS server already exist (ie, Aurora RDS in AWS cloud, etc.)
In these cases, we could deploy Arvados using the existing server, just creating the database and resources in it.
We need to document how to do this and explain what changes are required in the deployment config files.
