keepstore return a DeviceID for NFS volumes based on the mount source

customer wrote:
"We can rule out the slowness to the new code. I managed to complete the keep-balance. One request I'd have, is to have keepstore return a DeviceID for NFS volumes based on the mount source as currently it's returning an empty DeviceID which causes keep-balance to request the index from all the keepstore servers even though they are all serving the same path."
