registered workflow page is lacking in wb2

Description

In wb1 it is kinda confusing because you get the whole json view but at least I can see what it is doing.
In wb2 - the only way to see a registered wf is to "run" it and then you only see the inputs -- we probably should at least show the meta data on top of the page if nothing else.
