Misleading 'Too large file' error message on file upload

Description
When uploading a file, if for any reason the upload fails, the UI shows an error snackbar saying: "Data has not been uploaded. Too large file".
This can be confusing because the upload could fail for other reasons (for example: comms failure between keep-web & keepstores)
